J Hook V-Assembly with Chains for Winching 5000 daN (Kg) Min Break Force
For winch assistance
- Terminating in 300mm long x 150mm wide J shaped forged hooks, 600mm long x 7mm diameter grade 8 chai
- Ratings for lashing are shown in daN (decanewtons) as a unit of force. 1 daN = 1.0kg.
- These chain assemblies have a breaking force of 5000daN (kg) and a Lashing Capacity of 2500daN (kg).
- 600mm long chain sections on each leg
- Ideal for winching cars and vans onto recovery trucks or trailers. Hooks connect to the lower suspension arms to provide an anchor. This provides a central point for a winch cable to be attached pulling the vehicle evenly onto a truck or trailer.
- Also used for recovering stuck or damaged vehicles, in this application please assess the situation and ensure this item is suitable for your purpose in terms of strength and security.
- Forged pear link fitted at top for connection to the hook on the winch rope. Web/chain hammer lock component connectors connect the chain to the pear links and J hooks.
- Eye type grab hooks allow each leg to be shortened by increments of 1 or more links at a time.
NEVER attach the winch cable to any of the J hooks or component connectors only at the top where the two legs meet at the pear link.
- Professional quality construction from UK Manufacturer, packed in polythene bag.
- Ratings and length shown on metal ID tag.
- All steel parts are zinc plated for corrosion protection, component connectors and eye type grab hooks have a painted finish, yellow or red.

Items available in stock and ordered by 3-30pm with payment confirmation will be despatched on a next working day courier service that day.
Custom-made items (not available from stock), delivery within the UK takes 5-14 working days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Grangemouth, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you require an expedited delivery, please call us directly on 01324 665234.
Standard DeliveryMajority of our orders are shipped by DPD on a next working day service by 5pm. DPD will notify you by text or email, with a timed delivery slot on the morning of delivery. Carriage costs will be confirmed after selection in the basket and at checkout. Standard delivery below £500.00 ex VAT starts at £8.95 plus VAT for up to a 25kg parcel.
Express DeliveryExpress delivery options are available to select in both the basket and at checkout. These options include:
