This policy is a statement of Arinsdale Limited top management intentions of their commitment to operate an effective quality management system that considers the context and supports the strategic direction of Arinsdale Limited.

• Signed: Position: Director Date: January 2025 Arinsdale Limited operates and maintains a quality management system which complies with ISO9001: 2015 and supports the provision of manufacture, supply, refurbish, test and inspect securing, lifting, height safety, transport and materials handling equipment.
• Objectives shall be established and reviewed by the Director of Arinsdale Limited to ensure the requirements of this policy are achieved.
• The status of objectives shall be monitored through planned management reviews when the results shall be recorded, and regular informal reviews by Director.
• Arinsdale Limited shall consider the statutory and regulatory requirements relating to products and services provided by Arinsdale Limited.
• Arinsdale Limited applies practices to ensure products and services consistently meet customer’s expectations and applicable requirements including quality, delivery and service.
• The policy shall be communicated within Arinsdale Limited who shall also make this quality policy available as required to interested parties.
• Arinsdale Limited has a reputation for high standards of quality and is committed to a process of continual improvement by developing in every employee a keen and conscious desire to carry out tasks efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction objectives.
